RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and teach computer technology skills, such as basic computer operations, work processing, excel worksheet skills, and practice for adult students.
  • Teach students how to use computers, including proper typing, how to evaluate internet sources, and how to use computer programs.
  • Instruct word processing skills such as the ability to format, save files for cross-platform use, work with toolbars, etc.
  • Instruct basic database skills such as the ability to sort and retrieve records, create layouts, etc.
  • In addition, teach math skills including the ability to send and open a file attachment and create emails.
$48 per hour

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Provide backup support for teachers who are absent from work at various locations.
  • Deliver instructions and help students understand the lesson.
  • Assume responsibility for a class and perform the tasks of the absent teacher.
  • Implement lesson plans that align with curriculum and learning objectives set by teachers and provide the monitoring of adult students and classroom management.
$38.60 per hour
