We are seeking an Educational Technology Senior Facilitator to support educators in integrating into their teaching practices across Pre-K to 12th-grade levels. The role involves providing training and support on educational technology tools, aligning technology with curriculum standards, and collaborating with teachers to enhance instructional strategies. Responsibilities include developing and delivering professional development workshops, researching new technology solutions, and offering technical support. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, an understanding of instructional design, and the ability to work collaboratively with educators to improve student learning outcomes. Below are illustrations of possible responsibilities.

 

PRIMARY PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The candidate will collaborate with teachers and administrators face-to-face, online, and hybrid learning environments to support them in implementing and mastering designated instructional software (i.e. Edgenuity, Schoology, Finalsite).
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer service, providing support to schools and districts through email, phone, and virtual meetings to help resolve issues and answer questions on such systems.
  • Assist with some user management, including account setup, access troubleshooting, and system navigation.
  • Work alongside various vendors in configuring and maintaining digital learning tools to ensure they function smoothly for students and teachers.
  • Create and maintain instructional resources, such as guides and videos, to support users in learning how to use various platforms.
  • Research and learn about new educational technology tools and methods to improve how digital learning is integrated into schools.
  • Work closely with school districts and vendors to communicate needs, find solutions, and ensure a smooth experience for users.
  • Plan, organize, and facilitate user groups to provide a space for collaboration, shared learning, and feedback among educators using supported platforms.
  • Assist with organizing data, reports, and records related to platform usage, training, and support requests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve services and resources for districts.
